TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I, the trainee, agree to the following Terms & Conditions created & enforced by Jill-Arena, LLC

Jill-Arena, LLC clearly outlines what is included in this training on the SPRING 2026 page. Additional costs such as optional tools (ex: Reiki table), technology for virtual attendance or outside study resources (ex: books) are the responsibility of the participant.

RESERVATION

To secure a spot in the training, participants must submit a non-refundable deposit of $300. This deposit guarantees your enrollment and will be applied toward the total cost of the training.

PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD.
Upon registration, participants will be asked to provide valid payment information.
Unless an installment plan is arranged, the remaining balance will be charged automatically on March 15, 2026.

Failure to complete payment or update declined payment information within 7 days may result in forfeiture of your training spot.

INSTALLMENT PLANS:

We offer installment plans only upon request.

All payments are due by April 15, 2026.
If your payment is declined during the automatic payment process and we do not hear from you within 7 days to update/change/cancel your credit card information, Jill-Arena LLC reserves the right to forfeit your spot in the training.

Your credit card will be charged automatically on specific dates using our online booking system.

CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS:

All payments made toward the training, including deposits and installment payments are non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel your participation:

All payments, including deposits and installment payments, are non-refundable.
If a participant chooses to withdraw from the program, any payments made up to that point will not be returned.
If withdrawal occurs within 30 days of the training start date, the participant remains responsible for paying the full balance, regardless of attendance.

If you do not fulfill your remaining balance nor communicate:

Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to Jill-Arena, LLC by you, will be recovered from you by Jill-Arena, LLC as a debt due and payable.

TRAINING CHANGES

Jill-Arena, LLC reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the training schedule, content delivery (online or in-person), facilitators or materials due to unforeseen circumstances. If such changes occur, participants may transfer their enrollment to a future training or retreat within one year.

ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION

This training requires dedication and consistent participation. By enrolling, participants agree to:

Attend all sessions live (in person or virtually as applicable) or review recordings promptly
Respect the group container and uphold confidentiality
Engage with professionalism and integrity

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

This training involves personal and spiritual development that may bring up emotional or energetic challenges. Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own well-being and Jill-Arena, LLC is not liable for personal outcomes, emotional triggers or decisions made as a result of this program.

MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in the training, you consent to the use of photos, recordings, or written testimonials taken during the program for educational and promotional purposes.

DECLARATION OF HEALTH

By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in this training. You take full responsibility for your well-being throughout the program.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above. This agreement is designed to protect the integrity of the training, respect the energy exchange, and uphold a container of excellence for all participants.
