BEAM: BODY, EMBODY, ALIGN, MANIFEST

BEAM is a virtual 4 week workshop for womxn ages 18-25; full of movement, reiki, breath work, journaling and compassionate conversation.

This 4 part workshop is for womxn seeking to learn how to best care for their bodies, have uncomfortable conversations, trust themselves, navigate the party scene, understand their cycles and create healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Leave having gained a sisterhood of supportive and likeminded womxn, joy, self care rituals, mindfulness practices, authentic confidence, intuition development and self trust. By investing in your authenticity and self care, you are investing in our collective future.
