THE FLOWER MOON RETREAT

in Roseland, Virginia

Friday, April 25 - Monday, April 28

Under the New Flower Moon in Taurus, we will be meeting on a historic farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains this spring to take an elevated journey deep within. Together, we will remember our own individual intuitively divine gifts as we usher forward a new way of being, connecting and ultimately, presence. Through practice and play, this retreat is designed to re-align your mind, body and soul.

During this multi-modality retreat, you will have the opportunity to move through intuitive yoga sequencing, drop into deep meditative states while receiving hands-on energy healing and even learn how to make contact with your own spirit guides, ancestors and loved ones who have passed.

You will also have ample time to explore the great outdoors; whether that's through spending time with the Scottish Highland cows on site, taking a hike or a trip into Charlottesville - there's something for everyone.

FARMLAND MEETS THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS

TESTIMONIAL

"Attending Jill’s retreat was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I arrived, I felt enveloped in a deeply intimate, beautifully curated space. The location itself felt like a sacred invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be.

What truly set this retreat apart was the sense of safety and protection that held us all. Thanks to Jill, Augustina and Chloe, I felt surrounded by a presence that assured me it was okay to let go, to lay down my guard, and to explore the most tender parts of myself without fear.

I connected with parts of myself that years of therapy had only begun to hint at. These connections weren’t intellectual; they landed in my body, where I could finally feel and hold them, deeply and fully. I felt seen by others, yes, but more importantly, I witnessed myself in ways I never had before.

Jill’s retreat was a gift—one I will carry with me. My time in Blue Ridge, GA will always be a reminder of the beauty that unfolds when we create space to be held, to heal, and to truly come home to ourselves."

ITINERARY

Our retreat is the perfect balance of deep internal work and integration time. Each day includes three intuitively lead group offerings taught by Jill per day, Ritual, Practice and Ceremony. Your morning Ritual is made up of movement, meditation and energy healing. It's the perfect way to start the day by grounding into the body, clearing out your energy and aligning with all that you desire to call in throughout the day. After some free time, you have the opportunity to put your new found self understanding into Practice. This is a a time for journaling, creating and connecting. After dinner we meet one last time to gather for a Ceremony that combines both our physical reality with the spirit realm.

Throughout this retreat, we will be learning and exploring the energy of Taurus season as well as the Taurus New Flower Moon, which will energetically lend a hand to all of our offerings, workshops and sessions.

During free time you have opportunities to book a private photoshoot with Augustina. You may also drive into Charlottesville, go for a hike or simply enjoy the amenities of our home and property.

Breakfast and dinner will be seated family style, while lunch will be an informal spread and packaged to go to keep us nourished no matter where we choose to spend our time all day long.

Please note that as time progresses, our itinerary will grow with more detail.

WILDFLOWER SEASON IN THE MOUNTAINS

Originally called "Land of the Blue Mist" or, Shaconage, by the native Cherokee tribe who inhabited the area for more the 10,000 years, the Blue Ridge Mountains are known for their  blanket of atmospheric blue haze.  The Blue Ridge Mountains are apart of the Appalachian mountain range which spans from Canada through Southern North America and is comprised of ranges that include the Berkshires, the Catskills, the Great Smokies and more. Among some of the oldest on Earth, the Appalachian range is home to billion-year rocks and in the Blue Ridge Mountains you can find crystals and gems such as amethyst, citrine, garnet, quartz and tourmaline.

Beginning in the springtime, the mountain range becomes home to some of the most amazing wildflowers. Due to the high amount of rain, rich soils and varied topography the Mountain ranges are the perfect environment for about 1,600 different species to coexist. The perfect time to see the magic of the Mountain flowers is late April through early May!
