We each seek healing for our own reasons, but we are all hoping for similar outcomes; clarity, empowerment and hope reclaimed. My intention is for each of my clients to feel supported, grounded in their choices and empowered within their authenticity during and after their one-on-one sessions.

It's my honor to have your trust placed in me to act as a guide, channel and messenger.

Each one of my sessions are both structured and intuitively channelled. Each of my client's receive confirmation card pullings, channelled messages in intuitive discussion and reiki. I intuitively choose from a wide range of spiritual tools, such as guided meditation, astrology, breath work and mediumship, during the discussion segment to give my clients a custom and personalized experience based on their goals for the session.
As a gift to you, I curate a pre-channelled Spotify playlist, which is played during your reiki session, and for you to keep. I also always send a photo during your session of your altar, made of crystals, candles, burn bundles and your cards, that I have created for your session.

I offer private healing sessions that last 30, 60 and 90 minutes. All 30 minute sessions are done virtually, while the 60 and 90 minute sessions can be done virtually or in person. I host clients at my in-home offices in Aberdeen, NC.
WHAT IS REIKI?
A form of energy healing that reignites vitality, inner peace and overall vibration.

Reiki (RAY-KEY) is a system of energy healing that originated towards the end of the 19th century in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui (UH-SU-EE). Reiki is administered through the use of laying or hovering the hands above the body (or teddy bear when done virtually!) to channel and administer healing energy during the session. The healing energy of Reiki exists on four levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

Reiki reactivates life force energy within the person, animal or plant that is suffering, and raises their overall vibration. The higher our vibration, the more likely we are to manifest what we desire most into our reality, such as relationships, abundance and grounding. Reiki allows the nervous system to relax and for the Chakras to realign. Reiki allows us to feel safe within our bodies again and motivates us to move forward freely. It improves the immune system, sleep, digestion and recovery time. Reiki can also balance mood swings, feelings of fear and anger, and personal awareness.
